Structural Assessment
Our teams assess the existing conditions of structures (steel, concrete, etc.). The scope of assessments depends on the structure and may include geometric verification, crack monitoring, foundation excavation, concrete coring, rebar verification, concrete carbonation, and other methods. A design review is also done to compare the existing conditions against the building drawings. If drawings of your structure are not available, we can perform an as-built survey.

Structural Analysis
After on-site assessments, our structural engineers perform an analysis of the structure in its entirety. We model the structure, calculate and apply appropriate dead and live loads and determine if the structure supports the planned capacity requirements.
In cases where it does not, we develop detailed structural strengthening designs.
All of our analysis adhere to international and local standards. Our reports are endorsed by a Professional Structural Engineer.
