🏢 Project: Development Feasibility Study for a Borey / Condo in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
We recently delivered a comprehensive development feasibility study for a 10 hectare mixed-use site in Phnom Penh that is planned to combine condominium towers, villas, and shophouses.
We conducted targeted fieldwork activities: topographic surveys, traffic studies, and hydrological assessments to acquire key data for modeling and analysis. From this we delivered a comprehensive report covering:
- Infrastructure and Utilities: Assessment of existing utility capacities and connection points as well as the planned demand.
- Site and Environmental Context: Mapping of land usage and identification of sensitive receptors.
- Topographic and Hydrological Analysis: Surveys, flood risk assessments, and drainage modeling to protect the site against hydrological issues.
- Traffic Engineering: Traffic analysis to determine road sizing and pavement material specifications.
- Risk Assessment: Matrix of potential technical and regulatory issues, paired with mitigation strategies.
✅ The Result: Our client has a clear view of the project possibilities and constraints, technical demands, and estimated infrastructure costs.
