As a part of the WAT4CAM Project, under Société du Canal de Provence (SCP) and for the Ministry of Water Resources and Management (MoWRAM), we are currently supervising the construction of three major irrigation schemes positioned in Battambang, Preah Vihear, and Kampong Thom provinces. A fourth irrigation scheme is being added to the scope. Our role in the project is significant, covering the supervision of nearly 100+ kilometers of infrastructure. To ensure the final quality of the canal scheme construction, our team consists of:
- A roving leadership team: Team Leader, Quantity Survey, and HSE
- Three full-time, on-site construction supervision teams
- A design team: Hydrologist, Irrigation Engineer, Draftsmen Our team is verifying the built structures against drawings and technical specifications, controlling construction material quality through on-site testing and validation, and enforcing health, safety, and environmental protocols for all parties.
